The River Valley Board consists of individuals who volunteer their time to run the soccer program. Your board members are voted in the general meeting in November each year.  Official documents are available here.

Board member terms generally run for two years without limit on terms. The board meets every month at 6 p.m. on the second Wednesday unless scheduling conflicts arise.  The November general membership meeting (changed from June in 2023) is open to all membership (parents and guardians) to attend, other meetings are open upon request.  The November meeting is where officer elections take place and amendments to our documents are proposed.
